Our aim to reduce the number of fatal road accidents.
Roadpol Safety Days were launched in summer 2020. They are the successor of the successful Tispol campaign "Project Edward". The Roadpol Safety Days also aim to reduce the number of fatal road accidents - to Zero.
The Roadpol Safety Days always take place at the same time as the European Commission's European Mobility Week from 16 to 22 September. What is it all about?
Every day, an average of 70 people die on the roads in Europe. Based on Vision Zero, we want to reduce this number to zero on at least one day a year.
That is why we are calling on all road users to rethink their behaviour on the roads.
We want to show you how you can reduce the dangers in road traffic and increase your own safety, whether you are travelling by car, motorbike, bicycle, e-scooter or as a pedestrian.
You can find more information about the Roadpol Safety Days in our campaign video.
